All of us that have been around company know the History. Those that don't have not read any of the research available to the public. We all know that any stock is a gamble and pennies are lotto tickets. If people are on the boards talking a Company down I find they are shorters 90% of the time. Don't fall prey to their trash.
I have held CYBL for seven years and I have used their products in bathe Military. They have real potential with the right leadership. The patents alone are worth more than the Debt.
If they market to State and Local Govt then they will grow.
