Please research suspended what happens to Cos once suspended down to the grey mkt. Then, hopefully you will see plain as day why there is NO COMING BACK. But the suspension may be just the tip of the ice berg here. Because, telling SH there will be a merger when management knew full well that could not possibly be without fully audited SEC filed returns. That is called FRAUD last I checked
