There is one answer that would explain...

why everyone brought in as you mentioned failed. If those really behind it were simply running a penning stock scam that never had a chance to succeed commercially and they simply "used" people for promotion, they never would have had a fair chance anyway.

May not be a coincident that all of them failed. It may simply be the penny stock scam the SEC proved it to be.

Sometimes the obvious answer it the right one.
