That of course is not true. There have been some but I think the cases were settled without an admission of guilt.

And what makes you think that? Have you seen any message board posters crowing about the money they got? Have you seen the Get Shorty/Financial Wire crowd bragging about it?

You can be sure you'd have seen both had it really happened.
