Your doing some DD but your looking in the wrong places... appears that the guy who wrote that article perhaps was smoking a bit of the subject matter while writing it.

It was not Stella who pulled them from the ashes as he calls it...it was Seth Shaw. Seth became CEO after the Immunovative Inc debacle and was able to bring the stability to the company. Seth is the person who set up both the Pilus energy deal and the Doc Greens deal. It was not Stella, she took over after both deals were already done. One the Pilus deal was completed and two the Doc Greens LOI was agreed on. The due diligence for Doc Greens is almost completed and should be finalized in early July, if not sooner.

Stella became CEO when it was apparent that with the acquisitions of both Pilus and Doc Greens completed TAUG was in need of two things. One funds, funds brought in from other places then toxic shares being sold to rasie capital. An area that Seth is proficient in, just read his bio. The time needed to reach out to institutional investors was more then Seth had if he were to continue to be CEO and run the company. He then steped back and Stella who was a VP with the company took the CEO position and Seth reverted to a VP.

Stellas background in science fits well as the company moves forward with Pilus ( the real future money maker for TAUG, not the Cannabis area ) and Seth has been able to pay down all of the outstanding debt. This is a debt free company, with actual revenue and a lock down on those shares Doc Greens got. There is built in protection on the warrants issued and dilution will be minimal. The raise in the OS has come from paying off the debt and has now been stabilized.

So my suggestion is to do the DD as you have been, but also use some sources that are a bit more credible then Bazinga or what ever that was who wrote the article you posted. Also if your waiting for a lower SP, look to your left there is a very long line of OTC investors that are for ever looking for a cheaper entry into something, and never seem to find it. Thats the line your going to be in. Good Luck.
