the restricted shares are restricted for two years and the beginning of the restriction could not have begun before last fall, give or take. Once the restriction lifts the holders can only sell 5% per quarter.


5% of 30 billion is 1.5 billion.......and the 2 years isn't up till the last half of this year....WTF.....was this a guess?
