Hello everyone,

i HAD invested in andes and sold my all position to buy nwgc which i sold completely wednesday and thursday

Facts


1)according to filings authorised increased from 2.5b to 4.5b (last 6 month) AGCZ

2)outstanding nwgc around 750 million

According to me all the profits from andes are beeing diluted by a increase in authorised shares
(Thats the reason why andes is not moving and because nwgc is the principal holder of andes it is benefitting from that)
