Pros – It was exciting developing products for the soldiers that would eventually use them in the field. Meeting with soldiers and demonstrating the products was very rewarding.
Cons – Delivering products on time was a constant battle but in the end the customers (military) where very pleased with the performance of the systems delivered.
Advice to Senior Management – Deliver on time and as promised.
