I know....posted it this am. I guess he is doubling down. But given there is no audit completed on the previous years fins...it is practically impossible for these to be audited. And there are material descriptions missing in that filing.

According to some, an "auditor report" is going to be produced in the next few days...

We shall see...but you can be sure that this will be brought to the attention of PCOAB if and when that letter/arrives.
