the 10% dilution figure every one of you whiners whip out is misleading and erroneous. in fact i would say there may be none. how can there be dilution when the option holder is responsible for the difference between 0 and the strike price. i know, anything above the strike price may be considered dilutive but you can't assume what appreciation there will be beforehand. my yes vote will be based on the fact that idcc receives the money between 0 and the strike price and is no different than doing a secondary offering. it has absolutely no affect on the market capitalization of the company. it just makes them more liquid. idcc also gets other benefits. icentives, employee retention, hiring just to name a few. focus on the fundamentals and we will be rewarded. handcuffing management at this stage is wrong and has no foresight. especially when your dilltion accusatios may never come to fruition.
