...WE - WE believe a POL/POR will be issued and that the POL/POR will only state that the Claimants have been "satisfied" with the full support and approval of the TRUSTEES..............BK case closed....

...if the 7 stays a 7...........the end, with a separate notice from the UWBI BOD announcing a special cash dividend to stockholders of record.........etc....................if the 7 becomes an 11 and there is a funky FCNCA stock pooling and conversion................again the UWBI BOD will describe a more creative UWBKQ to FCNCA stock conversion..........the NOL may go to FCNCA............

...projected time frame: probably within the next 30 to 45 days, imo...........................or sooner rather than later.........

...there is definitely a complicated behind-the-scenes settlement process long underway.........................evidently, the 'satisfactions' of Claimants, as a condition of this CSSA, is taking some legal maneuvering............................
