And as you wait, the PPS continues to drop and drop and drop. Why, if Gary is making progress?
I don't have a problem with missed timelines. The problem is Gary has changed plans several times. How many different times has Gary said a plant will be opening and the time comes and goes with no word from Gary? Then out of the blue, it's a different location, another timeline. This one is no different.
