Yeah it's a business alright but it doesn't feel like its one. The talk is always about the Doc but what about the whole DEWM team and their actual duties within the company?! Are they even trying and do they exist?! Time for some transparency Doc and recognize your associates who work with you. If you want this business to boom, you need trustworthy people and give them credit for what they had accomplished in the company.
