What does "USEI has been relatively silent on the subject of edibles pending facts yet to be placed in evidence" mean?

USEI has stated edible production has begun and initially were expecting to have products available for sale in April. Now it is June...where are the products?

What pending facts are you talking about? USEI is not keeping their deadlines and silent on the reasons as to why. Was there a production delay? Or perhaps they are not going to do this?

The stock jumped on the announcement of April edibles...and now there is nothing happening. Typical of USEI....and classic pump and dump.
