Nobody knew the official OS in February

In early February, when PRs from Hemp announcing its relationship with Dewmar pumped the stock to $0.03, few knew about the level of debt conversion, and no official numbers had been heard.

And when a stock is running on pure, uniformed momentum, nobody checks the filings for OS vs. AS.

Now, the AS is 4.5B, and the OS appears to be nearly 2.4B, with the company needing cash in order to continue to function.

Why raise the AS if you don't plan to issue more shares?
