We have no idea and time is still needed as said for "paperwork " . We are really all clueless and until the 4th Reich announces itself none of us came claim we know shit. Its hard to see why anyone would pay anything to acquire a shell w/o doing something with it. There will eventually be news. Looks like the mm's are controlling a price point between 30-40 cents a share... likely negotiated in the agreement. No one can honestly guess a direction based on this very minimal trading.
I give it 30-60 days. Most likely we'll see something just before or with the next quarterly... which personally I believe will be a "super 8-k" and we will know everything we need to, to make an educated investment decisions on this ticker. As has been said," the fat lady has not sung."
