not sure he quite said new allocation is coming out

His exact comments:

"...the company has been very aggressive historically in buying back shares, we've bought back 40% of the shares that were outstanding of the company, so over three quarters of a billion dollars...

We have a regular dividend, we've done special dividends... as we go forward with this deal in place you will probably see the company in the short term announce updates to its capital allocation policy. So there will be more coming on that."

Not sure how else to read into it. Also, please note I said that my thoughts (not Bill's) were that we could possibly see a special dividend or increased qtrly dividend. Possibly doesn't mean probably, it just means the comments were structured in such a way that a long term investor could infer that there is a possibility that in the near future the company might make an aggressive move in regards to upping the current dividend or even announcing a special dividend. They may. They may not. We can only wait and find out.
