These people were expecting to become billionaires as a result of getting the world to pay carbon taxes. A little anti-global warming populism has rained significantly on their parade. Climate change has been switched for global warming; it's much more user-friendly. I'm not sure yet whether we've been had or not. One would think the photosynthetic organisms are happier.
