SEC does not have the time or resources to deal with the Pennies. I do not put a lot of trust in big government's ability to manage anything effectively (power to the people)!
Sorry to hear about that loss .. OUCH! That had to hurt. Luckily, my biggest loss in OTC Land has been sub 1K.
Sorry about the "Speculation" comment. I have never heard CBYI say that "a kid" created the resume? Maybe I missed it somewhere? Even if they did say that, it does not sound very professional to pin it on "a kid"!
