Guys i am an auditor they can't comment on their clients. Also, the financials are probably done but typically things can get held up due to numerous reasons. The auditors can't file the the fins until DEWM signs off on the mgmt rep letter saying they agree with the findings etc. These things can take longer than you think. Audits are difficult to close down, typically lots of cleanup in order to get auditors/mgmt to agree.
