I don't know what the JOA reporting requirements are among the partners to each blk. I would be willing to make a wager though that cvx will hold the info to themeslves as long as possible. Yes, rumors are out there, but without fairly firm and verifiable estimates, I don't think other co's are going to be taking out their check books and committing to spend billions of dollars.
