I find it very hard to believe that if we've heard the rumors of the large find that the indies in blks 2,3 and 4 and the other majors haven't heard about it. In fact I heard about the big hit from a friend that works for an oil company not even involved in blks 1,2,3 or 4. I just don't buy this belief that CVX will keep it close to the chest to discourage competition, the news is already out there.
