Dude.... do some freaking DD on USEI. You'll see that they are doing the same scam now as they did with their fake Singular 96 biofuel from last year. The pps went from.02 all the way down to .0007 after people found out that there were no sales... and eventually found out there was no such thing as Singular 96. If you can't see what a pump and dump that was, then it's YOU who don't know what a P&D is.

Bottom line, USEI, and its owners, Anthony Miller and John Stanton are famous among veteran penny stock investors for being dishonest, running scams, and doing pump and dumps. Anyone who believes in these guys are fools.
