If IDCC Management has managed to bumble the settlement with Ericsson/Sony and in effect NOKIA and SAMSUNG get a free ride for 2002 Royalties, then I have to believe that management is not only NOT deserving of anything furthur in regard to OPTION grants, but there should be someone held accountable and FIRED. I can't stand seeing loopholes that seem to have a domino effect. This seems to be the trend with management.

For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction - Now who could have said that? I hope IDCC covered their collective behinds and didn't sell us even shorter than many had believed with the agreement/settlement with ERICY/SONY.
