Any feasibility study conducted by HKND is worthless. Does anyone on the planet expect HKND to conclude that the project is infeasible which would result in forfeiture of rights to one of the largest commercial land grabs in history?

The real vote on feasibility will be by the billionaire investors who are apparently still hiding in the bushes. Weren't they supposed to come out of hiding in the bushes sometime last year?
