Just an update,, before last Thanksgiving, my Winn Dix., SE USA , had the end cap , card board, temporary, display in place , with Marley four flavors, if I remember correctly. Grocer said that it might be restocked for Christmas season, but he was unsure. Then it was gone. Anyway, the grass roots monitoring can sometimes give a good clue. As far as I understand, a new product line only gets shelf space if sales merit it. And shelf space is very pricey. I'd like to know if marley pays that or if store and Marley somehow split it down the road. i would like info if you know more than my guesses.
NOW , the black box, one flavor, is on the actual shelf. I assume it is all highly experimental for stores, as they keep good records over time on sales and restocks( obviously).Noteworthy, Marley box was a bit cheaper than another far more popular, older brand , right next to it on shelf, but marley is the one that has the certified USOrganic seal so nicely displayed, on box. You can all call your local store and ask for customer questions department ( a data accurate center) phone number, where all records are kept, ( printed on bottom of my receipt) and ask how this product is moving right now. I politely say i have been watching the product, like it , and am wondering How its coming along.
it should take a while for people to notice on shelf but organic seal so prominently displayed seems enticing, IMO. P and d is of little Val to me. I thot I'd give you an update from the grass roots side of the world, where product actually meets the public eye.( and taste buds) real attempt at DD .? I sold at $0.45 and am watching since.
