Could the fact that they are doing pre-clinicals out of country be a bad thing? Like, say its approved..then there's a plus to doing them out of country? say we get deneied..then pre-clinicals in brazil!?!? Just a thought. What are your opinions? I'm a optimistic person and I believe its in the bag with BMSN approval.
