It is fact that BMSN has publicly stated that they had sufficient funding to get them through June so we all know something has to give. You have your rumor I have mine. What I hear is that Southridge has extended the term of their initial agreement through July 2014 as they will be part of the IPO with an initial $20 million.

If they increase the OS to get them through the closure of the IPO so be it. You have to do what you have to do.
Your so called big investors $300K is chump change and I will gladly buy more.
