I don't have much in this but am willing to add some heat where possible. I remember a farmers insurance office that was picketed for years and years by a single old timer in a wheel chair. That was the quietest insurance office i have ever seen. But... I suspect CTEK doesn't get much foot traffic from customers. Better hit him where it hurts and mass notify any customers or business relationships we are aware of.
