I like the continual references to WSGI's "lawyers", like they have some legal team on retainer.

Their "lawyers" are probably just somebody's ambulance-chasing nephew, and he was out of town so somebody's sons's lawyer friend glanced over the papers and filed the appeal.

You can't say for sure it DIDN'T happen that way....
