Someone smart on this board (there are many IMO) suggested in a private conversation that you could consider DAC "sort of" a tracking stock if they actually do go public. I looked it up and it did not fit the definition exactly. Hence, "sort of" in the description. But it did become clear to me how important it is that DAC go public. How do you react to the "sort of" a tracking stock description? You seem to understand it as a strategy IMO. Sincerely, IndyJonesOhio
