TVOG:.012:1st filings in 5 years today.100mil A/S.
-They filed 15-12g Nov 2013, but nothing for years before that.

CEO indicated a few months ago that filings were coming and old financials were part of that. Then updates as to the future/direction of the company. He also mentioned continuing in the oil and gas field.

-TVOG was reinstated June 2013
-15-12g filed November 2013
-New CEO appointed November 2013
-Annual list was filed at NV SOS April 2014
-100 million remains the A/S

This is looking like a big move is coming IMO.
