That is why one has to watch it when he starts beating down a stock towards the 300 million dollar cliff. Once he pushes a company over the cliff near PDUFA or FDA decision time, that company is toast. No recourse. Just the rule. Bye-Bye see you after the CRL or not at all.

In fact, AF's theory for why his rule works, illegal leaking (insider trading), is likely only right on some occasions, while in other instances it could be media pounding, resulting in reduced market cap, resulting in reduced resources to perfect manufacturing capacity for FDA inspection, combined with less funds to pay the writing team to present a comprehensive application and FDA presentation. (In other instances, corporate espionage, hostile takeover applications and/or no funds to hire or keep an A-Team running the company.)

Does AF take an active role in trying to push some companies over the 300 million dollar cliff that he discovered?
