Dude,

From a press release back in February, USEI promised audited financials and an up listing to OTC QB. In the press release they mentioned this should be done within 45 days, which is around the first week in April. However, this has not happened...why?

Also, what happened to the past Singular 96 deal? This was announced to be a multi-year deal worth more than $150m. What happened to this?

Also, why have't the edibles hit the marketplace yet? I thought this was to happen last month. When will this happen?

Management has a history of glorious press releases and broken promises. How can we trust them?
