As stated numerous times, management should have known all of this on the front end. DVD Avenue was not a quality acquisition for many reasons.

Wonder how much we paid the "acquisition" company to evaluate this deal?

And management blames the sub penny price on "flippers".

What about all of the fees and expenses in the acquisition that is wasted ? Once again, thoughtless planning. Spending the public money that keeps GZFX in business on a deal that is now off the table.

It hurts the price more this way. GZFX once again is displaying their lack of business experience.

The deal should have never been on the table. Adult movie subscribers were the majority at DVD Avenue. So maximum of only 2,000 were going to consider GZFX. Couple them not getting many valuable movie titles and why do the deal ?

GZFX says it was for the DC and staff. But GZFX was going to pay way to much for this poor deal, imo. It should have never been an option in the first place.
