Do you think Jeff Benz went to Colorado and set up a new corporation called "AEGY-SK3 Acquisition Corp." on 4/10/2014 and isn't planning on using it?

It is really easy to change the name of the new corporation. Upon completion of the merger they will apply for a new CUSIP # and a new Symbol. These will be applied to the new Colorado corporation, whatever it is called.

As for uplisting, that is going to be several years from now, if ever. That is a long long process.

I have no clue what nonsense blunderful is talking about.
