One other point about this possibility, if a deal has been made between Bergio+[wholesaler]+Sterling (i.e. Kay) the ask would get kicked so hard that any notes left to convert would be flushed out almost immediately by the holders. Considering, as Krony has reported, there is roughly $50k left to convert (at most), the flush would be near instantaneous after news hits.

All hypothetical, at this point, but possible.
