I think the odds of a deal are in Berigo's favor. Why would the wholesaler be in discussions with Berge for so long (and not just say no we're not interested), have personal 1:1 meetings? My guess, to get it into the distribution channel for Sterling. This is likely why the PR's refer to the wholesaler AND Sterling, as-if one may be dependent on the other. Just an observation, could be wrong.

If that is the case, it would certainly work in Bergio's favor if the wholesaler has already mentioned this line to Sterling and they want it. Maybe a deal is already done and we are awaiting roll-out, don't know. But if there is something already done, my guess is it will be announced during JCK which begins tomorrow. If a deal isn't already in-place, then it would likely be after the show, if negotiations take place and a deal made.

Regardless, this has "Every kiss begins with ???" written all over it. Sterling/Kay could very easily make this their best-selling line, it truly exemplifies their trademark :
