Rumor mill is that DEWM has a BIG Deal going on (by that I'm not exactly sure whether it is a Acquisition? Merger? Buyout? ect? Don't know which) Rumor is that it's Bigtime and they want in it the 10Q for the 1st quarter of 2014, which in my opinion, is why the filings are so late.

I have been saying this for almost 2 months now that IN MY OPINION, Marco was going to file the 10K for 2013 and the 10Q for the 1st Quarter of 2014 AT THE SAME TIME. That way the Focus will be on the EXTREMELY GOOD NEWS OF 2014 instead of a bunch of negative attention to the 10K from 2013 which is most likely not gonna be very good,

"BUT COMPARE THE TWO"?

Compare the 1st Quarter of 2014 to the 10K from 2013, then ADD IN THE WALMART/SAM'S CLUB NATIONAL EXPANSION, KUSH CAKES, (7-11?), DEAL IN UK? WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE Dr. Moran has got accomplished?

The 10K being late makes NO DIFFERENCE WHETHER IT'S 1 DAY OR 60 DAYS LATE, LATE IS LATE, AND THE 10K & 10Q MUST BOTH BE FILED TO GET DEWM BACK INTO OTCQB STATUS.

So it makes GOOD BUSINESS SENSE to just be patient & let the Attorneys & Accountants DO THEIR JOBS, and get the paperwork done. There's nothing anyone "INCLUDING THE CEO" Can do to speed up the Paperwork Process.
