#2. The Ratio we received was (1 for 300)1 G.E.A.R for 300 LVGI
#3. The ticker symbol is GENA (In my account)
#4.G.E.A.R (GENA) is a private co., Non Public intity, and it is
stated that it will I.P.O. in 12 to 18 months from Spin Off.
#5. And finally it has an undisclosed share structure to my knowledge
as it is a Private Co. presently.

I see the GENA symbol and GENA shares in my account every day and it is my reassurance that I am gonna do OK here owning Long LVGI shares. LVGI is a Brand Builder and keep in mind SLAM is next up, LVGI will be building SLAM into a "Stand Alone" company just as they did with G.E.A.R. (GENA)... Connect the dots folks:) :) :)
