I have heard that those that owned LVGI sometime back would receive free GEAR shares as a divy for the spin off.

Have you actually received those shares yet?

What is the current per share value for GEAR stock?

What is the share structure for GEAR stock?


I think the answer to these questions will help me understand how reputable LVGI management is and what kind of future they may hold.
