So here is the problem as I see it. There is a lot of good news, it will attract a lot of new investors. The PPS will rise.

There is nothing but news to support the PPS increase.

Those who have been buying up the shares the past few days and perhaps the PIPE's will swoop in and place short orders and then sell. This will cause the PPS to drop.

The new investors who purchased a risky stock will panic and sell causing the price to drop even farther.

Traders will reload and cover the short position once the price drops, while the rest are still spooked, and be ready for the next big news story.

The solution is don't panic, don't sell, and wait for real news that can support the PPS increase.
