Good thing pennstreet wasn't a plaintiff in the suit, he seems to have a propensity for defending the defendants.

That was the whole reason for the LAWSUITS. Let the defendants walk away with the loot. But make it seem that they were punished. LOL!!

Why?? Well the defendants were far from the only ones, INONITS and peripheral INONITs that did handsomely financially from LOCH.

BUT THE DEFENDANTS WERE in the pubic eye. So letting them get gone with their bread was the smart thing to do. In fact, that is what the LOCHBOYOS hired MP as the CDEX CEO to get done.

They were not the brightest pebbles on the beach, Were sucked in (though willingly) by TB and Ramsay, et al. Fellow called "HOTELS" once posted on that subject.

But after MPs resignation from CEO, his designated replacement seemed to have developed an illusion of grandeur, and decided to see if he could get CDEX on a sound footing. LOL!! So he borrowed money from a LOAN SHARK...and soon POOF!!!
