When I asked Pennstreet whether he thought BOONE sold those 2 million shares into the pump-n-dump market frenzy or whether the 144 expired, penny tried to side step the question by asking me irrelevant questions. Funny stuff, it's worth reading his response again:

Have I ever filed a 144? Have I ever read a 144? Have I read EVERY word of a 144? LOL! Funny!

It's clear to me that pennstreet is trying to hide the fact that the 144 filed by Boone was public knowledge and that he doesn't want to admit it should have been brought up during the court hearings. No discovery neccessary.

Good thing pennstreet wasn't a plaintiff in the suit, he seems to have a propensity for defending the defendants.
