I just got off the phone with Dan, he returned my call from earlier in the week. The a/s is 120 bil as we already knew, the o/s is 64 bil, 34 bil restricted 2 years and once the restriction lifts only 5% per quarter can be sold, 30 bil free trading. He expects the o/s to be 65 bil. Lots of things in the works, this will be a major long term ROI for those that hold.

Short term he expected the pps would be higher already, but he expects to come public with some announcements and figures by the end of this month to mid May. He said they are doing about 5 mil in annual sales.
