Funny one go seek; I use the following analogy; Like taking Vascepa to using Fuel Injector Cleaner...... In order to really clean the injectors I usually put a full bottle of Techron into 5 gals of gas vs. the 20 gals they recommend. I'm thinking that by limiting my calorie intake (diet & will power), I get a more profound effect from the 4 gms of V per day, than if I stuffed my face and went back for seconds and then take my V. I don't know, I may be wrong. How can you explain my drastic change (positive) in my cholesterol levels? The only thing I can think of is; I did make an observation, my blood work was done by two different labs each on separate occasions. Could the lab work vary that much? Can blood tests be peformed using different parameters? Are blood tests time & place dependent? I fasted both times and yet I had two different sets of results. My latest one was done in April 2014 had TGs = 113, my previous done in March 2014 had TGs = 208. ???
