VVUS 640M potential buyout by ASPEN @ 6.20/share contemplating the action. Just came over Schwab. Take a look can't find it yet elsewhere. If accurate could be a good deal for holders, currently around $4.85. Needs confirmation but if that offer price is accurate it is selling now at a nice discount to that Aspen pricing.
