not charge the "SO-CALLED"- fake DA and Fake Class action suit?

Glad you brung that up. Gives me a good chance to remind you that the LOCH BOYOS, after MUCH delay simply filed a simple demurrer to the DA suit. Stymied it in midstream. Totally ineffective. Left you with no grounds for discovery.

Then came the class action, plaintiffs CAP'N, Raider and Millie representing the class. Lawyered by a hot shot pal of MP out of Seattle. The JEDGE allowed the two complaints to be combined for some reason never made clear, but the outcome was the shareholders got part of their shares back. Which was the reason for the class action. NOT RELATED TO the DA suit at all.

And for good measure, the LOCH BOYS GAVE UP LOCH SHARES, and departed for lands unknown, toting their ill gotten gains.

But no demand was made for recovery of the money, ERGO no discovery to learn how much.
