Victor said in the latest blog, Our recent 300,000 dollars from OCAST was granted to facilitate the design and construction of a product platform THE NEXT STEP IN OUR DEVELOPEMENT PROGRAM.Obviously according to that statement there is CASH AVAILABLE from the grant from OCAST that IS TO FACILITATE ,future tence , the design and developement of a product platform OUR NEXT STEP.....you said show me the money ,well there you have it...Also i have no
worries they will recieve funding for the image space materials and funding for whatever they need...No worries here.
