serious question..

FRTD was suspended because the SEC questioned the legitimacy of the PR's and also (according to Tom) the confusion about the BlackCards.

Now lets say everything everything was legal and legit(I know that's crazy for the shorts to believe). Does FRTD get sent to the grey market for no reason at all? Is that fair? Can FRTD be the first candidate to get a suspension lifted before 10 days?
